• All vendors will need to register and pay on the Otsego Parks and Rec website.
(Prairie Festival Vendor Registration)
• The festival assigns vendor space only for the promotion and sale of products and services specified in your application/registration. Vendors promoting or selling any other products or services not listed on their application will be required to remove them from their vendor space.
VENDORS SELLING ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES A STATE LICENSE MUST CONTACT OTSEGO PARKS AND REC (CSCHWECKE@OTSEGOMN.GOV) AND PROVIDE ALL LICENSES BEFORE REGISTERING OR WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A REFUND.
• Vendors are required to follow check in procedures and will need to be ready by 9:45am. For safety, no vehicles will be allowed in vendor area after 9:30am. No early take down is allowed.
• Vendors are not permitted to exhibit or promote their products or services outside the boundaries of their assigned space.

This year's Festival is going to be loaded with fun and excited new additions!!! From bands to fireworks and from paintball to basketball the 2025 Otsego Prairie Festival & Car Show will have something for everyone in your family. The cost is $60 per booth, once registered you will be contacted via e-mail with instructions and booth location a week prior to the Festival. We also keep a list of currently registered exhibitors on our events page of the festival website,

Exhibitors are required to bring their own tables for their 15ftx10ft space. No electric spots are available. If you would like two spots you can check the $120 pay option.
