Wright County and Otsego Parks & Recreation are teaming up to bring you an unforgettable Winter Festival
Mark your calendar for a FUN and FREE winter day packed with fun activities for all ages, tasty treats, and magical moments!
Winter Fun outside in Prairie Park!
1. Medallion Hunt – Find the hidden medallion and win a $250 cash prize, generously sponsored by the Bank of Elk River. Hourly clues will be provided.
2. Snowshoeing – Never snowshoed before… here’s your chance to explore the snowy trails like never before. Kids and adult snowshoes are provided! Pre-register recommended
3. Hay Wagon Rides – Take a scenic ride through the winter landscape.
4. Geocaching – Discover hidden treasures with this family-friendly outdoor adventure!
5. Fire Pit with S'mores – Warm up by the fire and enjoy gooey s'mores (while supplies last).
6. Skating – Glide across the ice and embrace the winter spirit. Bring your skates!
7. Sledding – Zoom down snowy hills for the ultimate adrenaline rush. Sleds provided!

8. Craft Station – Create your own pinecone bird feeders and winter-themed pictures. Perfect for all ages!
9. Meet Elsa from Frozen (11:30am-1:00pm) – Say hello to everyone’s favorite ice queen and snap some magical photos!
10. Warm up with a cup of Hot Chocolate and get a treat bag to take with you. (while supplies last)
