Prairie Park Shelter

The Prairie Park Shelter is located next to the Splash Pad in Prairie Park. The shelter is available for rental seven days a week, rentals can be done on-line and if you have any questions please call (763)235.3148. The following are some of the details in regards to renting the Shelter: Capacity for 40 people, the rental group is responsible for cleaning up after their rental, there is no available power, your rental starts and ends at the time your reserve it for.
Cancellation within less than one month of the reserved date will result in forfeiture of the rental fee. If cancellations is more than 30days, a $5 cancelation fee will be charged No refunds will be granted for inclement weather.”

Note:

IF YOU ARE HAVING A FOOD TRUCK AT YOUR SHELTER EVENT, THE FOOD TRUCK IS REQUIRED, BY THE CITY, TO COMPLETE A YEARLY MOBILE FOOD UNIT APPLICATION.

AT THE DISCREATION OF THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT, INFLATABLES/BOUNCY HOUSES MAY BE ALLOWED AT YOUR SHELTER EVENT BUT MUST BE SECURED USING WEIGHTS. ABSOLUTLETY NO STAKES MAY BE POUNDED IN THE GROUND.

PLEASE CONTACT THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL OF INFLATABLES AND/OR FOOD TRUCKS AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT, IN SOME CASES, A SPECIAL EVENT APPLICATION MAY BE REQUIRED.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING A COPY OF THIS RECEIPT WITH YOU TO YOUR RESERVATION.
